I lost my wife.

It happened during the Covid period, and it forced me to look far more critically at the systems I had trusted for years.

What I thought was stable was not.

What I thought was certain was not.

That period stripped everything back to first principles.

What matters. What works. What is real.

And I had to rebuild, not just emotionally, but practically.

That’s where this perspective comes from.
